Job summary

Redox Ltd. is seeking a Transport Support Officer to join the Victorian logistics team in Laverton North. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinating with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.

The role involves organising consignment notes, arranging freight bookings, pallet tracking, inventory management, and preparing delivery reports. A strong communicator with attention to detail is essential for success in a fast-paced transport office.

Qualifications

• Curious and resourceful problem solver with aptitude for numbers.
• High attention to detail and ability to stay on task in a busy transport office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
• Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Seeking to establish a career in warehousing, transport and logistics.

• Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports

About You

You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, high attention to detail and the ability to remain on task in a busy transport office.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Reliable and able to commit to work 5 days a week between the hours of 6am-2pm and 8am-4pm.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to liaise and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
• Dangerous Goods experience an advantage
• Reliable with exceptional time management skills
• Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
