Job summary

Aurecon Group invites a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Melbourne Transport team on hybrid arrangements. You will lead the Roads/Civil discipline on major road and transport projects across Victoria, guiding planning, design and delivery in collaboration with project managers and technical specialists.

The role spans concepts through construction and may involve airport, rail, and station precinct initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Civil Engineer with professional registration in Victoria.
• Proven track record delivering roads or transport infrastructure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Roads/Civil discipline on transport projects in Victoria.
• Deliver road and civil infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to achieve outcomes.
• Support business development and client relationships wherever appropriate.
