PJA Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Engineer – Civil to lead the civil design and delivery of infrastructure projects. You will work under the Principal Engineer, contributing to roads, drainage and WSUD while mentoring junior engineers and drafters.

The role offers flexible/hybrid working and a permanent position. You will collaborate with transport planning and placemaking teams across Melbourne’s projects and develop expertise within a supportive leadership group.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years’ civil engineering experience, with at least 2 years in Australian design.
• Membership of Engineers Australia.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D / AutoCAD / DRAINS.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Principal Engineer in civil design and delivery of infrastructure projects across roads, pavements, stormwater, drainage and WSUD.
• Prepare high-quality detailed designs, drawings, models and documentation per Australian Standards and authority requirements.
• Undertake and review civil design and drainage/stormwater modelling using Civil 3D, AutoCAD and DRAINS.
• Manage your workload and deliverables across concurrent projects, supporting from concept to construction stage.
• Provide guidance and design review to junior engineers and drafters.
