Job summary

Linfox in Australia seeks a Transport Solutions Specialist to design and optimise transport solutions across our national network from the Essendon Fields HQ in VIC. You will analyse transport data, build network models, and identify opportunities to improve fleet utilisation, efficiency and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport operations, analytics, network optimisation or logistics engineering.
• Experience with tenders, renewals or continuous improvement in transport.
• Strong understanding of NHVL and CoR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse transport and operational data to identify optimisation opportunities and improve network performance.
• Develop and evaluate transport solutions using network modelling, simulation, and route optimisation tools.
• Support new business tenders and contract renewals with transport models and pricing inputs.
• Produce detailed cost models, productivity analysis, and resource planning recommendations.
• Present findings and business cases to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor implemented solutions for continuous optimisation.
