Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) invites applications for an experienced Program Coordinator to support Program Alkina, a major enterprise-wide transformation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage governance, and support communications across ADG to keep initiatives aligned and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or complex projects.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work across functions and influence positive outcomes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program meetings, steering committees, working groups and workshops.
• Track actions, decisions, risks, issues, and dependencies with follow-up.
• Assist reviews, workshops, and decision forums to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.
• Develop, review, and validate business processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Provide day-to-day coordination across transformation workstreams.
• Develop and distribute program communications to employees across ADG.
• Support governance, reporting, and risk registers for the program.
