Job summary

Bennett + Bennett is seeking an organised Training Coordinator to join our administration team on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate training, maintain records, track compliance and support onboarding and mobilisation across the business.

Established in 1968, Bennett + Bennett provides surveying, town planning and spatial solutions across Southeast Queensland. This role offers ownership of training activities that support our people, projects and clients.

Qualifications

• Senior admin/coordination experience in training or compliance.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with HRIS/databases is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training requests, bookings and communications with staff and training providers.
• Maintain forward training calendar, competency register and expiry tracking.
• Ensure training certificates, checks and expiry dates are recorded in HRIS (ELMO/equivalent).
• Support onboarding and mobilisation by coordinating licences, medicals and checks.
• Coordinate recurring WHS, operational and project training as directed.
• Monitor upcoming competency and compliance to meet site/client needs.
• Maintain training provider accounts and identify opportunities for preferred rates.
• Assist approvals for higher-cost training before bookings.
