The Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, located in Parkville, is seeking an experienced Training Lead to drive the UKG Pro Workforce Management learning strategy for a key rostering transformation affecting ~5,000 staff. You will design, develop and deliver training programs, materials and UAT content, ensuring seamless adoption of new rostering and time & attendance systems.

Reporting to the Change Manager, you will partner with stakeholders across Change, Project, Business Analysis and Testing

• Demonstrated experience leading design and delivery of large-scale training programs.
• Strong instructional design expertise and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating role-based learning solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and implementing the training strategy for UKG Pro rollout.
• Conducting training needs analyses and developing role-based learning pathways.
• Creating facilitator guides, learner guides, eLearning modules and quick reference materials.
• Delivering face-to-face, virtual and online training programs.
• Developing and facilitating UAT training and user acceptance testing content.
• Monitoring training outcomes and driving continuous improvements.
• Publishing content through the Learning Hub and reporting progress.
