Job summary

Porsche Cars Australia is seeking a Training Intern for a 12-month, full-time contract within the Sales & Network Development team. You’ll gain hands-on experience in training coordination, reporting and retail performance while supporting initiatives for a premium global brand.

Ideal candidates are studying or recently completed a degree in Business or a related field, with strong organisational, communication and Excel skills. Travel between Collingwood and Essendon Fields is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel between Porsche sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics, invites, calendars and communications.
• Administer and coordinate training resources.
• Maintain the Porsche Learning Management System.
• Prepare reports, training materials, and track attendance/feedback.
• Track training budgets including purchase order processing.
• Support dealer performance reporting and data analysis (Excel required).
• Assist with training events and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide general admin and project support across the Sales & Network Development department.

The intern position will gain hands-on experience across training coordination, business reporting and retail performance. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build practical skills while supporting key initiatives within a premium global brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics, invites, calendars and communications
• Administer and coordinate usage of Training Academy and all training resources
• Maintain the Porsche Learning Management System
• Prepare reports, training materials, and track attendance/feedback
• Track and manage training budgets including purchase order processing
• Support dealer performance reporting and data analysis (requires very good Excel skills)
• Assist with training events and stakeholder coordination
• Provide general administrative and project support across the Sales & Network Development department

What You Offer
