Job summary

Queensland Health Brisbane is seeking a Learning and Knowledge Management Specialist to design, develop and implement artefacts including online content and eLearning resources, using modern systems and tools.

You will deliver ITSM training to a diverse range of learners, apply adult learning principles, and provide ongoing support to ensure learning outcomes are achieved. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to quality improvements in ICT support services.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing and delivering blended learning solutions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate and adapt materials to meet strategic vision.
  • Experience applying ITSM support processes at an operational level.
  • Proven teamwork and ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement learning and knowledge management artefacts including online content and eLearning resources.
  • Deliver ITSM training to diverse learners using multiple delivery methods and adult-learning principles.
  • Analyse, design, develop, assess, evaluate and deliver existing learning deliverables for knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide feedback on learners' development needs.
  • Contribute to continual quality improvement of ICT support services processes.
