Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a Trainer Assessor to support a 20-site quarry network, overseeing training and competency for about 300 employees. The role involves coordinating site-based trainers, delivering training across multiple sites, and ensuring compliance through reporting.

A Cert IV in Training and Assessment is required, along with people management and strong organisational skills. Some travel to sites will be necessary.

Responsibilities

• Gap analysis and prioritisation of training requirements across multiple sites to meet business needs.
• Co-ordinating trainer & assessors to focus on priority areas.
• Delivering training and assessing across a number of sites on a variety of subject areas.
• Reporting of compliance against agreed criteria.
