Job summary

Signature Learning and Development is seeking a Trainer/Assessor for Civil Construction and Surface Extraction to join our team at Brandy Hill NSW or Orange NSW. The role involves delivering certificates, assessing learners, and maintaining industry currency.

Ideal candidates will hold TAЕ IV and Certificate III in Civil Construction/Plant Operations/Surface Extraction, with willingness to travel across NSW and a valid driver’s licence. A vehicle is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Current Certificate IV in TAE is required.
• Certificate III in Civil Construction/Plant Operations/Surface Extraction completed.
• Industry currency and practical teaching experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel and hold a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and assessments at our NSW centres.
• Travel to client sites across NSW for delivery and evaluation.
• Support learners to achieve certificates in Civil Construction and related areas.

Signature Learning and Development – Brandy Hill NSW

Signature Learning and Development is the leading provider of Civil Construction Training and Assessing in NSW, due to continuing growth we are looking to grow our team in the Hunter Valley Region.

We are looking for experienced trainers/assessors in Certificate III in Civil Construction, Plant Operations and Surface Extraction to be part of our success story.

This position will be based at our training centre in Brandy Hill or Orange NSW.

We are a flexible, innovative organization with clients across NSW and prepared to offer the right candidate a generous package including a vehicle.

Current Certificate IV in TAE

Certificate III in Civil Construction/ Plant Operations / Surface Extraction

Industry currency

Be self-motivated and approachable

Have a strong work ethic and a great sense of humour

Be able to travel / current drivers license

All our trainers are required to travel and are well looked after when doing so but we offer a work/life balance. This position will primarily be local day trips when required but on occasion you may be required to travel to other regions.

We schedule 12 months in advance where possible and work our schedule around our trainers personal and family commitments when we can.

We are a tight knit team who provide above industry standards service, but we have a lot of fun along the way.
