Job summary

AICE is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver face-to-face training and assessments for CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). The role requires clear communication, organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and learning systems.

The position is casual and based at our Queensland facility in Bethania. The successful candidate will manage a varied workload, ensure vocational currency, and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Individual Support (Essential).
• Diploma of Community Services and Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Desirable).
• NDIS Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance – or willing to obtain.
• Previous experience in course facilitation.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and assessment of Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), including marking assessments.
• Conducting workplace assessments.
• Participating in the review and development of training course materials.
• Maintaining vocational competency and currency.
• Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.
• Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2015.

Role Summary

We are searching for an experienced and passionate trainer to deliver the face-to-face training and assessments for CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life. They will take pride in passing on knowledge and providing people with the tools required to succeed in their chosen field. Our ideal candidates will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities and manage their time effectively. They will also be confident using the MS office suite of products, as well as other learning systems.

This role is being hired on a Casual basis and is located out of our Queensland facility in Bethania!
