Job summary

Australian Institute of Career Education – Bethania Junction QLD is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver face-to-face training and assessments for CHC33021. The role requires confident communication with diverse learners and strong organisational skills, including MS Office and learning systems.

The position is casual, based at our Queensland facility in Bethania, with responsibilities spanning delivery, assessment, and course material development.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment & Certificate III in Individual Support (Essential)
• Diploma of Community Services & Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Desirable)
• NDIS Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and National Police Clearance - or willing to obtain.
• Previous experience in course facilitation.
• High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Delivery and assessment of Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability), including marking assessments.
• Conducting workplace assessments.
• Participating in the review and development of training course materials.
• Maintaining vocational competency and currency.
• Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement processes such as validation and industry engagement.
• Actively assisting with organisational adherence with RTO standards 2015.

Role Summary

We are searching for an experienced and passionate trainer to deliver the face-to-face training and assessments for CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability). Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who is comfortable in dealing with people from all walks of life. They will take pride in passing on knowledge and providing people with the tools required to succeed in their chosen field. Our ideal candidates will be highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities and manage their time effectively. They will also be confident using the MS office suite of products, as well as other learning systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

This role is being hired on a Casual basis and is located out of our Queensland facility in Bethania!
