Job summary

Western NSW Local Health District is seeking a Health Manager Level 1 to help shape the future health workforce. The role focuses on creating and promoting traineeship programs, career pathways, and school work experience opportunities across communities in Bathurst and Orange, NSW.

As part of the People and Culture Directorate, you will collaborate with a supportive team to strengthen workforce capability, foster inclusion, and build meaningful career opportunities across Western NSW Health.
