This entry‑level role offers full‑time hours with paid overtime, four weeks annual leave, personal and study leave, and support to complete an accredited Certificate IV Surveying course, with one‑on‑one training from qualified surveyors.

We have an exciting entry level opportunity for a Trainee Surveyor to work fulltime (Monday to Friday) on a civil road infrastructure project in the Ingham region.
Assist with the installation of survey control points
Operate and maintain advanced surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, digital levels and drones
Conduct survey pickups of works completed
Give assistance to the wider project team where required
Learn how to reduce survey data into useable formats
An interest in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willing to learn
A commitment to safety and quality outcomes
Current drivers licence (Provisional Licence is acceptable)
WH&S General Construction Induction Certificate (white card)
Right to live and work in Australia
