Gig Sales Pty on the Gold Coast is seeking energetic sales professionals for a full-time casual start. You’ll begin as a Trainee Sales Agent with a base salary of $55K per year and a clear path to higher levels, including bonuses that can push total compensation well beyond $100K.

This role emphasizes rapid progression, 100% performance-based promotions, training and mentorship, and interstate/international travel opportunities as you advance toward Team Leader and Team Manager positions.

Remuneration:

Base Salary: $55K per annum

Bonuses and OTE: $65K-$100K+ per annum

Career Progression:

Stage 1: Trainee Sales Agent – $55K

Stage 2: Sales Agent – $55K+ Bonuses

Stage 3: Sales Trainer – $60K – $70K+ Bonuses

Stage 4: Team Leader – $90K – $100K+ Bonuses

Stage 5: Team Manager – $120K – $170K+ Bonuses
