Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Adelaide is seeking a motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our busy Parts team in Mile End, SA. This is an excellent entry point to build a long-term career with Mercedes-Benz and the CMV Group.

You will receive ongoing training, develop parts interpretation skills, and support the processing and dispatch of customer orders. A focus on service, attention to detail and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or relationship management is preferred.
• Sound computer literacy, with high attention to detail.
• Motor industry, dealership, retail or warehouse experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with retail, trade and internal parts enquiries.
• Learn parts interpretation and support the processing of customer orders.
• Follow up customer back orders.
• Complete parts documentation in line with company processes and procedures.
• Support the accurate and timely dispatch of parts orders to customers.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
