Job summary

Orica in Australia is seeking a Trainee MMU Operator to join the Kurri Kurri Quarry Services Team, supporting operations at Murrawombie Mine on a 7/7 roster. Full training will be provided to safely operate mobile manufacturing unit trucks and deliver bulk explosives.

Applicants from Dubbo, Parkes and surrounding Central West NSW are welcome, with travel to rostered sites. The role suits those from transport, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and heavy industry who value

Qualifications

• Current HR Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to obtain SafeWork NSW Security Clearance
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test

Responsibilities

• Operate MMU trucks and other plant machinery.
• Assist with basic maintenance and equipment checks.
• Support the safe delivery of explosives into blast holes.
• Work closely with your team to deliver safe and reliable service to customers.
