No blasting experience required; you will be supported by experienced teammates and we value safety, teamwork and a proactive learning attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and following procedures.
• Experience in outdoor, hands-on, or physically active environments.
• Reliability, accountability, and a positive work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn how equipment operates.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Current driver’s licence (mandatory); HR licence advantageous.

About the role

We are looking for a Trainee MMU Operator to join our Quarry Services team based in Marulan, NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in the mining, quarrying, transport, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, mechanical, or heavy industry sectors. No blasting experience is required—we will provide the training, support, and development to help you succeed.

As a Trainee MMU Operator, you'll learn how to safely operate our Mobile Manufacturing Units (MMUs), which are advanced heavy vehicles used to deliver explosive products to customer sites. You'll work alongside experienced team members who will support your learning and career development every step of the way.
