Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) seeks a Trainee Medical Officer Unit Administration Officer to support the medical workforce. You will coordinate interns, trainee medical officers and international medical graduates, while working with clinical leaders and workforce teams to ensure safe, efficient services.

The role involves rostering, recruitment, and leave management, with a focus on accurate records and process improvement within CALHN’s Safe and Connected Operating Model.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex rosters and online roster systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and information systems.
• Ability to manage data confidentially.
• Clear communication and responsive client service.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, rotations, rosters and leave.
• Support international medical graduate workforce processes.
• Monitor work agreements and safe working hours.
• Maintain accurate workforce records and information.
• Advise stakeholders and improve administration processes.
