Job summary

Grow Early Education Bundaberg is seeking a dedicated Certificate III or Diploma Educator for a permanent part-time role, 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) at our Bundaberg North centre. The centre opens 6:30am–6:30pm; flexibility to shifts is needed to cover opening or closing times.

You will create a safe, inclusive learning environment, nurture relationships with children and families, and ensure policies align with health and licensing requirements while contributing to a collaborative team and

Qualifications

• Experience working in an early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF.
• Demonstrated ability to support learning in a mixed-age setting.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community.
• Ensure health, safety and centre policies meet licensing and regulations.
• Support colleagues and work collaboratively to operate the workplace effectively.
• Implement educational programs and experiences to meet individual needs of children.
