Job summary

Busy Bees Lane Cove welcomes a motivated Trainee Educator to support early learning activities and daily routines at 72 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove, NSW. This full-time role offers on-the-job training while pursuing a nationally recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You will learn through hands-on experience, gain practical skills, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment for children, with strong support from a values-driven team and access to ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Willingness to enrol in or currently enrolled in a Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Ability to obtain a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
• Basic communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support educators in delivering play-based learning aligned with the EYLF.
• Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support daily routines, transitions, and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
