C&K Charleville Community Kindergarten is seeking a Trainee Educator to start your journey in Early Childhood Education and Care. You’ll learn on the job and earn while you study, with mentoring and support to obtain the required Certificate III.

No previous experience is required. We provide paid study support and assistance with certifications to help you begin a rewarding career in early childhood education.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Be willing to enrol in and complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.

We will also support you and cover the costs to obtain the required checks including:

• Valid Blue Card
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
• National Police Check
