Job summary

Griffith City Council is seeking an enthusiastic trainee for the Economic & Community Development Officer role, commencing January 2027. This 13-month trainee position offers hands-on learning within the local government sector, with admin and marketing duties and the opportunity to gain a Business or Marketing qualification.

The role requires a NSW Working with Children Check and a Class C Driver Licence, with occasional evening/weekend shifts as part of ordinary hours.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Current Australian Class C Driver License is required.
