Job summary

Little Zak's Academy Auburn Centre is seeking a motivated Trainee Educator to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education. You will learn from experienced educators while developing the knowledge and skills required to support children aged 0-5 and progress toward your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This entry-level traineeship offers mentorship, a paid position, and exposure to a supportive team and structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• No prior childcare experience required.
• 18+ years of age or older.
• Willing to obtain Working with Children Check.
• Patient, caring and nurturing with a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work towards Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Gain practical experience with children aged 0-5.
• Assist with educational programs under guidance of experienced educators.
• Support play-based learning and children’s development.
• Learn about child safety, health, wellbeing and regulations.
