Job summary

Fit Kidz Learning Centres in Sydney, NSW, is inviting applications for a Trainee Educator. You will undertake a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while working full-time alongside experienced educators and teachers.

This traineeship allows you to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and build foundations for a rewarding career in early childhood education. A pathway to further study, including a Diploma or university qualification, is available.

Qualifications

• Trainee Educator completing a Certificate III while working full-time.
• Earn while you learn with hands-on experience.
• Pathway to Diploma or university qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment
• Contribute to a culture of child safety, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
• Learn from experienced educators and teachers while completing your qualification
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Participate in meaningful play experiences and learning opportunities
• Contribute to inclusive and sustainable learning environments
• Develop knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework
