Babies by the Bay in Cronulla is expanding its team and seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our small, family‑owned centre. The role is ideal for someone with a Cert III or who is pursuing a traineeship and who holds a Working With Children Check and current First Aid/CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

You will help deliver high quality and inclusive programs, mentor junior staff, and contribute to a positive team culture in a well‑resourced setting, with flexible rosters

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Current Working With Children Check.
• First Aid with CPR, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis.
• Completed approved child protection training.
• Knowledge of current Early Childhood theories and practice.
• Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
• Experience delivering high quality and inclusive learning programs.
• Team leadership and mentoring skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning.

We are expandingour team and looking fora passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team located at Mimis Cronulla.

Essential Criteria: As a successful applicant you must hold a cert 3 or wanting to do a traineeship

- Genuine passiontowardsearly childhood education

- Current Working With Children Check

-Current First Aid, including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

- Completed approved child protection training

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of current Early Childhood theories and practice

- Demonstrated knowledge of the NQF and EYLF

- Experience delivering high quality and inclusive learning programs.

-Team leadership skills, including the ability to effectively mentor and supervise a team

-Strong commitment to your own professional learning
