Pacific Smiles Greenhills is offering a paid 12-month Dental Assistant Trainee role with full-time hours and on-the-job training to earn a nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting.

You will assist dentists, keep the clinical space clean and safe, and support reception with bookings, payments, and patient records. You’ll work with a supportive team, enjoy above-award pay with weekend rates, and have clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in healthcare and helping others.
• Comfort working in a clinical environment (issues with mouths and fluids).
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• A friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Full-time availability for the 12-month traineeship.
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (or willingness to obtain).
• Bonus points for previous retail, reception, or hospitality experience.
