Pacific Smiles Greenhills offers a paid Dental Assistant Trainee role for 12 months, with full-time hours and an opportunity to earn while you learn. You’ll gain hands-on clinical experience and work toward a nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting with full support.

You’ll assist Dentists, keep the clinic clean, support reception, and join a high-energy team across Australia’s largest branded dental network. Blue Card may be required in QLD.

Qualifications

• Interest in healthcare and helping others.
• Comfort working in a clinical environment.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Full-time availability for the 12-month traineeship.
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (or willingness to obtain this prior to starting).
• Bonus points for previous retail, reception, or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dentists with a wide range of procedures – you’ll be right in the action.
• Keep our clinical space sparkling clean and safe.
• Deliver caring service to every patient.
• Support reception with bookings, payments, and patient records.
