Pacific Smiles Greenhills is offering a paid Dental Assistant Trainee role for 12 months, with a path to a nationally recognised Certificate III in Dental Assisting. Earn while you learn in Australia’s largest branded dental network, with full support and training to help you succeed.

This full-time traineeship provides on-the-job learning, above‑award pay, and potential ongoing employment across our centres nationwide.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in healthcare and helping others.
• Comfort working in a clinical environment with exposure to typical dental workflows.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions.
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills.
• Full-time availability for the 12-month traineeship.
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (or willingness to obtain) prior to starting.
• Bonus points for previous retail, reception, or hospitality experience.
