Riverina Water in New South Wales invites applications for a one-year Traineeship Opportunity as Customer Service Officer. You will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration during work hours, with guidance from our experienced team and mentoring from supervisors.

You will provide administrative support internally and to the local community, contribute to customer service activities, and benefit from ongoing skill and professional development opportunities.

2027 Traineeship Opportunity - Customer Service Officer

Riverina Water has an exciting one-year opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration, whilst providing support to our customer service team and the wider community. You will receive professional guidance from our experienced team members and mentoring from our supervisors.

What will you do:

• Provide administrative support internally & to the local community
• Complete your Certificate III in Business Administration during work hours
• Retire with more! 17.5% superannuation - 5.5% above the required contribution
• 70 hour, 9-day fortnight – What will you do with 26 long weekends a year?
• Ongoing skill and professional development opportunities
