Job summary

LiveHire Limited is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to assist aged care clients in their homes across the NSW region. You’ll provide domestic assistance, personal care, transportation, meal prep and companionship, with on-the-job training included.

Shifts run Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with flexible days and hours. No experience required; formal Certificate III in Individual Support training is provided during the role.

Qualifications

• Be reliable and have a great attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work.
• Able to pass National Police Check and WVPC.
• NSW driver’s licence and own registered vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
• Able to commit to 15–30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to provide support services.
• Assist with domestic tasks, shopping, meal prep and transportation.
• Support personal care tasks as needed.
• Encourage social activities and respite when required.
