SkyBus invites applicants to join its Women Up Front program at the Tullamarine depot in Melbourne. This trainee driver path includes a heavy vehicle license upgrade, a 6‑week training program, and ongoing skill development to prepare you for professional driving.

Successful candidates will gain driving experience, customer service skills, and a pathway to HR licencing, with equality and safety at the core of the program.

Qualifications

• Australian Driver’s License for a minimum of 2 years (essential).
• CPV Driver Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening).
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver smooth, comfortable, and safe rides for passengers.
• Be the first point of contact for customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Based at the Tullamarine depot and participate in the 6‑week training program.
• Develop driving and customer service skills through structured lessons.
