SkyBus is hiring drivers in Victoria, delivering safe, comfortable rides and first-class passenger service. The Women Up Front Program helps you get licensed and confident on the road, with training, licensing support and ongoing skill development.

Based at our Tullamarine depot, successful applicants will join a friendly team, commit to 7-day operations with AM and PM shifts, and complete a 6-week training program while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Australian Driver’s License for at least 2 years.
• CPV Driver Certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Pass a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive safe, comfortable, and reliable rides for passengers.
• Be the first point of contact for passengers and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Based at the Tullamarine depot and support customers across shifts.

Our Women Up Front Program is designed to help you get licensed and confident on the road in a friendly and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to driving or looking to level up your skills, we’ve got you covered.

Here’s what the program includes:

• Heavy Vehicle License Upgrade – We’ll help you get the license you need to drive with confidence.
• 6-Week Comprehensive Training Program – Classroom lessons and hands-on, on-the-road training to get you fully prepared.
• Skill Enhancement Lessons – Ongoing support to fine-tune your driving skills.
• Professional Driving Development – Learn everything from customer service to safe and efficient driving techniques.

As a SkyBus driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering smooth, comfortable, and safe rides, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. You’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring their journey starts and ends on a high note.

You’ll be based at our depot in Tullamarine, so whether you're a local or just starting out, there’s a place for you!

The boxes you'll tick

• A genuine passion for driving
• Exceptional customer service skills and a love for engaging with the public
• A strong commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work over 7 days and a combination of AM & PM shifts
• Possession of a current Australian Driver’s License for a minimum of 2 years (essential)
• A valid CPV Driver Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol screening).

**Please note, shortlisted applicants must attend an assessment centre from our Tullamarine depot for an interview and drive test.
