Qualifications

• Concrete mix designs and production processes.
• Batching plant operations and mobile equipment operation.
• Quality control and product testing procedures.
• Identifying and resolving production issues.
• Coordinating deliveries to meet customer requirements.
• Developing strong communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor batching plant equipment to produce concrete to specification.
• Coordinate truck movements to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with production planning.
• Work collaboratively with drivers, customers and operations teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental standards.
