  • Experience in a broad spectrum of clinical disciplines prior to undertaking radiology training.

Responsibilities

  • Radiology Trainees provide high quality radiology services whilst learning all stages of the radiological examinations of patients including referrals, triaging, supervision, performance, reporting and communication of the procedure.
  • They will participate in all aspects of the Department of Medical Imaging, involving Clinical Radiologists as medical experts.
  • The position will provide clinical consultation services within NSLHD and will contribute to the teaching and training of medical students, graduates and other health care professionals and to research, evaluation and quality improvement.
  • This position is for a 5th year Trainee seeking 6 months training in Interventional Radiology.

What you'll be doing

Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases

To be employed by NSW Health, applicants must provide evidence of vaccination and comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination Against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy Directive (PD2024_015). Compliance with this policy, including any amendments made from time to time, is a mandatory condition of employment.
