Job summary

GHD is seeking an Experienced Traffic Modeller/Engineer to support significant project wins in Sydney and throughout NSW & ACT. You will work with autonomy on your project tasks, collaborating across disciplines and with an international team to deliver high-quality traffic modelling and transport planning outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 2–6 years of experience in transport impact assessment, safety studies, and modelling in NSW.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in transport impact assessment, safety studies, traffic modelling, and transport planning in NSW.
• Pro‑active, team‑oriented and able to work independently within a wider team.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills for diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver your own project tasks and client deadlines with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and around the world.
• Contribute to proposals for business development and to expand mobility solutions capabilities.
• Provide an innovative, problem-solving consultancy approach to add value for clients.
