Public Sector People are recruiting a Permits Officer for a 3-6 month temporary contract with a Northern suburb, Melbourne location.

You will assess, approve, and manage applications relating to works within road reserves, review traffic management plans for compliance with legislation, provide outstanding customer service by dealing with inquiries, and educate the community on relevant regulations and Acts that protect amenity and infrastructure.

Formación

• TMD1 Traffic Management Designer qualification is essential.
• Strong admin background required.
• Experience reading and designing traffic management plans.
• Ability to deal with challenging customers.
• Understanding of Local Government Local Laws.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and approve road works and events on public land.
