Job summary

Citywide Service Solutions in Melbourne is seeking an experienced operations leader to head the Traffic & Events team, guiding field crews and managing multiple sites during major events and infrastructure projects.

You will deliver projects safely, on schedule, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while driving continuous improvements in safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management, events, civil or similar operations.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• TMD1, TMD2 and TMD3 qualifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine commitment to safety and team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders and field crews
• Coordinate traffic management operations across multiple sites
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule
• Develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
• Manage rosters, resources and workforce planning
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Drive continuous improvement across safety and operations
