• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.
• TMD1, TMD2 and TMD3 qualifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine commitment to safety and team success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Team Leaders and field crews.
• Coordinate traffic management operations across multiple sites.
• Deliver projects safely, efficiently and on schedule.
• Develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS).
• Manage rosters, resources and workforce planning.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement across safety and operations.
