Job summary

Upswing Recruitment is seeking Traffic Controllers with TMI accreditation to join our clients in the Gold Coast region. The role covers Yatala, Wacol and Warwick, with a stable 5–6 days per week schedule and potential for a take‑home company Ute.

The position requires a current Traffic Management Implement ticket (TMI) and Blue Card, along with standard PPE for site work. You will be asked to complete a Drug & Alcohol test at the depot (at no cost).

Qualifications

• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport.
• Traffic Control Level 1 Blue Card.
• Traffic Management Implement (TMI Ticket is a MUST!).
• White Card - OH&S Construction (Ticket).
• Traffic PPE, which will be discussed at interview.

Job description

Based between Yatala, Wacol & Warwick our clients are leaders in the Traffic Management sector, and are currently seekingTraffic Controllers with TMI Accreditation, Traffic Controllers level 1 & Team Leaders.

To be considered for this position, it is advantageous to have:

• Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport.
• Traffic Control Level 1 Blue Card.
• Traffic Management Implement (TMI Ticket is a MUST!).
• White Card - OH&S Construction (Ticket).
• Traffic PPE, which will be discussed at interview.

We can offer 5-6 days work each week with consistent hours, and there are possible options of a take home company Ute.

You will have to complete a Drug & Alcohol Test at depot. (No cost)
