Job summary

Consolidated Construction Services – Melbourne VIC is seeking reliable, safety-focused Team Leaders (Ute Holders) to join our CCS Traffic Solutions team in Airport West and across Melbourne suburbs. You’ll lead crews, manage traffic flow on-site, and ensure highest safety and compliance on every project.

Applicants should have 1+ years of team leadership experience, relevant tickets (White Card, TC1/TMI1/TC2/TMI2 or RIIWHS302E/305E), and a proactive, hands-on approach to on-site traffic control.

Qualifications

• Must have current and valid tickets
• Proven leadership experience on traffic control sites
• Commitment to safety, reliability and professionalism
• Manual Driver's Licence preferred

CCS Traffic Solutions URGENTLY is seeking reliable, highly motivated, and safety-focused Team Leaders to join our team based in Airport West, with projects spanning across the South-Eastern, Northern, Western, and Central suburbs of Melbourne.

We’re looking for experienced Team Leaders. We want Team Leaders who are confident managing teams, take initiative, maintain Ute/Traffic equipment and bring a positive attitude. You’ll be provided with a take home Ute and expected to lead by example to ensure the safe and compliant flow of traffic on-site.

You’ll be part of a team responsible for managing the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians for our clients at various locations across Melbourne — always ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
