Clear Vision Plumbing in Sydney seeks an experienced lead plumber to manage and mentor a small team across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and CBD. You’ll handle a mix of commercial and residential maintenance and renovations, with long-term client relationships and steady work.

The role offers a fully local workload, a take-home vehicle, and clear paths to leadership as the company expands its contracts.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified plumber with solid experience.
• Comfortable leading others and taking ownership on the job.
• Maintenance experience (commercial and/or residential).
• Can work independently and problem-solve on site.

We're a well-established Northern Beaches plumbing business looking for an experienced lead plumber who wants local work, solid pay, and a team that actually has your back.

Most of our work is Northern Beaches, North Shore and the CBD. You'll be doing a mix of commercial and residential maintenance/renovations, with quality long-term clients and steady work locked in — plus the opportunity to lead a growing team and shape the way we operate on the ground.

We've been operating for 13+ years and are growing fast with new commercial contracts coming on board.
