L&M Smash Repairs Pty Ltd is a well-established automotive repair specialist based in Seven Hills, NSW. A full-time Tradesman Panel Beater will join our 20+ strong team, delivering high-quality panel beating and restoration services for valued clients.

You will assess damage, repair panels, weld, and prepare surfaces for finishing while upholding safety and customer satisfaction. Join a family-run workshop committed to excellence.

Qualifications

• Current recognised panel beating qualification or equivalent experience in automotive panel beating.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a qualified Panel Beater in a professional workshop environment.
• Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools and panel beating equipment.
• Experience with vehicle welding and structural repair techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle repair specifications and technical procedures.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to conduct road tests on repaired vehicles when needed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.

• What we’ll be doing
• Inspect completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Communicate with workshop management and customers regarding repair progress and timelines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople including spray painters and mechanics
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance

Responsibilities

L&M Smash Repairs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Tradesman Panel Beater to join our 20+ strong team of legends in Seven Hills, NSW. This is a full-time position based at our workshop, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality panel beating and vehicle restoration services to our valued clients. As a Panel Beater, you will be at the heart of our operations, utilising your technical expertise to repair and restore vehicles to their original condition. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction in the automotive trades industry.

What you’ll be doing
