Job summary

Engage is seeking experienced Mechanical Trades and Boilermakers to join our industrial services team for ongoing work across power stations, waste management facilities, and manufacturing plants in Australia. The roles cover shutdown and regular maintenance across a variety of sites.

Ideal candidates hold relevant trade qualifications, industrial maintenance experience, and strong fabrication or mechanical skills. Site tickets and licences are highly regarded; safety everyone.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualification.
• Previous industrial, maintenance or shutdown experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or fabrication skills.
• Ability to work safely in industrial environments.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant site tickets and licences will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance, repairs and servicing of industrial plant and equipment.
• Planned and preventative maintenance.
• Shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
• Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Fabrication, structural work and general boilermaker duties.
• Working on conveyors, pumps, machinery and processing equipment.
• Welding, fabrication, fitting and mechanical assembly.
• Supporting site maintenance and industrial service teams.
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements.
