Job summary

Reece Group in Seven Hills is seeking a friendly team member to join the Trade Counter. In this role you’ll help plumbers and tradespeople access products for building and renovation projects, while keeping the branch running smoothly and safely.

A typical day includes delivering to customers, picking/packing, stock control, keeping the shop tidy, and providing product information and quotes in person or over the phone. You’ll need a valid driver’s licence and a willingness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving or customer service.
• Capable of picking orders and maintaining shop floor displays.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Valid driver’s licence; forklift licence is ideal but not essential.
• Wants to develop career within the network or head office.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone.
