Job summary

Reece Group in Gladesville, NSW, is looking for a team member to support plumbing and bathroom product sales at the Trade Counter. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople, provide product information, quotes, and help keep the branch running smoothly.

The role involves stock control, order picking, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle, with weekends possible. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and a valid driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
