Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking a diligent Trades Assistant to support our service teams across the Gold Coast and Brisbane regions. You will help with general service tasks, assist technicians and contribute to on-site operations at a variety of customer sites.

You'll work across HVAC, Fire and Electrical trades, carry materials, lift items, and deliver superb face-to-face customer service while upholding safety standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach for helping the team of Technicians.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong focus on quality and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Work across Northern NSW, GC and South Brisbane regions.
• Assist with general service tasks: lifting, cleaning, collecting and delivering materials.
• Support technical teams at a variety of customer sites.
• Work across HVAC, Fire and Electrical trades.
• Provide high level face-to-face customer service.
