Job summary

Grosvenor Engineering Group in Australia is seeking a motivated Trades Assistant to support our service teams across the Gold Coast and surrounding regions. You will work with technicians on site, helping with general service tasks and equipment handling, while delivering strong customer service.

The role offers exposure to HVAC, Fire and Electrical trades, with opportunities for hands-on learning and apprenticeship paths in HVAC, Fire or Electrical.

Qualifications

• Hands-on approach to support technicians on site.
• Current Driver's license is required.
• OHS Construction Induction Card (White Card) required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Curiosity and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist across Northern NSW, GC and South Brisbane regions.
• Perform general service tasks such as manual lifting, cleaning, collecting and delivering materials.
• Provide support to technical teams across customer sites.
• Work in HVAC, Fire or Electrical trades.
• Provide high-level face to face customer service.
