Job summary

Finlaysons is seeking a casual team member for its Trade Yard in Woodridge. You will join a hands-on team completing tasks from picking and packing to loading trucks, forklift operation, and yard maintenance.

The role requires a current forklift and driver's licence, strong work ethic, and a customer-focused, safety-minded attitude. Timber and hardware knowledge is useful, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Physical work including lifting and loading/unloading trucks.
• Pick, pack and organise stock for accurate deliveries.
• Assist tradies in the yard and sort orders quickly and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and keep the yard clean and safe.
• Put safety and customer service front and centre every day.

Finlayson is on the lookout for a reliable, energetic team player to join our Trade Yard in Woodridge.

This is a casual role with a roster across Monday to Friday, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and helping tradies and builders get what they need - fast! You'll be doing everything from picking and packing orders, loading trucks, driving forklift and keeping the yard in top shape, to delivering top-notch service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Rolling up your sleeves for physical work (yes, there's some heavy lifting!)
• Loading and unloading trucks with timber and building materials
• Pick,pack and organise stock to ensuredeliveriesareaccurate
• Helping tradies in the yard and get their orders sorted quickly and efficiently
• Replenishing stock and keeping the yard clean and safe
• Putting safety and customer service front and centre every day
